We can help you prepare your real estate for an opening, and conduct the event in a way that will leave buyers lauding your event and loving your property!

Staging and Open Houses

• Will assist in designing a theme, if that is desired
   
• Purchase, deliver, and arrange any added decorations (e.g. .fresh flowers, fruit)
   
• Purchase, deliver, set up, and serve food and/or beverages (e.g. fruit/veggie/cheese trays, dips, beer, wine, etc.)
   
• Arrange musical entertainment (e.g. from booking a harpist to changing a cd player!)
   
• Can assist in staging the home prior to the open house (could also bake cookies or bread)
   
• Can assist in hosting duties (e.g. from basic greeting to helping show the home)
   
• Can assist with any special invitations
   
• Will stay through open house and take care of all clean-up details
