We offer packages that provide everything from full planning services to wedding-week-only support to ensure your plans are executed properly.Our wedding planning repertoire includes attention to EVERY detail- from those that keep a bride-to-be on her toes, to the little things that you may never have considered. We interface with ever vendor, support staff, photographer, and elated family member... all to ensure that the result is nothing less than your best day ever!

Full-service Wedding Planning and Production Services

Full-service Wedding Planning and Production Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Creating a timeline and keeping overall planning on schedule
   
• Acquiring quotes from vendors from which client may choose (or not): wedding venue, reception venue, caterer, tuxedo rental, rentals (candelabras, linens, etc.), invitations/programs, photographer, videographer, florist, cake, ceremony and reception music, valet service, limousine service, etc.
   
• Once decisions are made regarding vendors, Custom Occasions will serve as the liaison – obtaining contracts, delivering payments if necessary, and assuring vendors have all necessary details
   
• Advising and helping plan the food and beverage menu
   
• Assisting/advising as client desires, with ceremony and reception details, floor plan set-up, layout of invitations/programs, etc.
   
• Making arrangements for hotel blocks for out-of-town guests and/or bride and groom Escorting client to vendor meetings (i.e. cake vendor, florist, invitations, etc.)
   
• Available to assist with rehearsal dinner, if desired
   
• Week of event: available as personal assistant role as needed (errands, details pertaining to the wedding)
   
• Serving as the go-to person, for all guests and wedding party
   
• Attending and directing (with officiant) wedding rehearsal
   
• Providing a detailed wedding day timeline for wedding party at rehearsal
   
• Meeting and overseeing arrival of vendors and working with venue staff on wedding day
   
• Directing wedding party on wedding day, particularly prior to ceremony
   
• Assisting with reception details (i.e. first dance, toasts, cake-cutting, etc.)
   
• Assisting with post-reception details

Wedding-week Only Planning and Production Services

Wedding-week Only Planning and Production Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Establish contact with all vendors and venues and confirm arrival times and all details of timeline for all upcoming weekend events
   
• Can deliver any gift bags or items for out-of-town guests to hotel for pick-up upon their checking in
   
• Ensure fulfillment of contracts on bride’s behalf and can take care of delivering payments if necessary
   
• Advise/direct wedding rehearsal, and ceremony
   
• Oversee reception details, floor plan set-up)
   
• Available to assist with rehearsal dinner details, if desired
   
• Serve as personal assistant as needed for any other wedding-related details or errands
   
• Serve as the go-to person, for all guests and wedding party, so bride or family will not be disturbed by numerous calls and questions
   
• Provide bride and company with a detailed wedding day timeline at rehearsal
   
• Meet and oversee arrival and set-up of vendors at ceremony site and reception site
